  • **Rates and minimum stays vary with the season from  $1299/nt.
  • **Additional guests  $30 pp/nt to maximum 8.
  • **One time cleaning fee $600, any no.of nights/occupants
  • **Taxes additional 15%
  • **Week long rentals receive 10% discount except in high season
